What is Carolina Cash?

The Carolina Cash account is for purchases across campus. The CarolinaCard is your ID as well as a pre-paid declining balance card which accesses the deposits you make into your Carolina Cash account. Each time you make a purchase, the amount of the purchase is deducted from the account balance.

Does Carolina cash roll over?

CarolinaCash rolls forward every year until graduation. Requests for refunds from your CarolinaCard are granted for graduation, end of semester and withdrawal from the university.
