LHI is a very immoral company. They claim they are there for the veterans but they schedule appointments without them knowing and outside of their availability. If the veteran doesn’t show to the appointment they had no knowledge of they will be penalized for months and never get an appointment.

Great place to work! LHI is an extremely fair and honest place to work! The benefits are fantastic and way better than what my mother gets in the Union. Time off is great and increases per year of employment. Some of the management is a little absent minded or behind the times, but there is an effort seen to improve.
