Our Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) takes place typically over three years and gives you the opportunity to learn all about our 400 diverse brands, business and sustainability efforts. You’ll not only bring your unique perspective to work, but you’ll also explore your purpose across a number of placements.

Exposing ambitious minds to the world Our future leaders program is an 18 to 24 month leadership development program designed to expose ambitious minds to the world and prepare them as our next generation of leaders. The first 12 to 18 months involve rotations through the full value chain.

When can I Draw my Unilever pension?
You can draw your pension from as early as age 55 if your employment with Unilever has ended and Unilever and the Trustees agree. If you take your pension before normal retirement age, it will be reduced for each year before age 65.
What is Unilever’s policy on Employer Participation in the fund?
