Technically a halfling should not be able to wield a greataxe, greatsword, great club, maul, falchion, long bow, heavy, heavy repeater or great crossbow. The only thing they should be able to wield 1 handed are a club, short sword, dagger, hand axe, light mace, light hammer, kukri, sickle and throwing weapons.
