What is FCS Fusion?
FCS Fusion Plugs was developed primarily for EPS/Epoxy surfboards; however the system can be just as easily applied to PU/Poly construction surfboards. FCS Fusion was designed to offer significant improvements and advantages over other pre-glass systems currently on the market.
How do I install FCS 2 fin plugs?
Breakout method 1/ Screw an FCS II dummy fin into the fin plug to give a point of leverage. 2/ Holding the fin, pull the broken plug free from the cavity. 3/ If necessary move the fin from side to side to break the resin and foam bond on the base of the plug. 4/ Pull the plug free from the cavity.
How long are futures fin boxes?

Can you use FCS in FCS 2?
Yes, you can use all your existing FCS fins with the FCSII system. The FCSII plugs are backwards compatible – grub screws can be used within the FCSII plugs to secure your existing dual tab FCS fins. FCS has designed a set of unobtrusive silicone infills to fill the gap created by the old fins in the new system.
Do you need screws for FCS 2 fins?
With the FCS II system, the need for any screws or tool to secure the fins has been eliminated. Simply insert the front of the fin into the plug and use downward pressure to lock the fin in place. When using genuine FCS II fins, it’s now possible to install and remove your fins in seconds.
What is a US fin box?
The most versatile center fin option is a US Fin Box, which is a standard in the surf industry as so many fins are available to use with this fin box. This will give you the option of, for example, using a shorter center fin in shallow water or a longer race fin when you want to go fast and water depth is not an issue.
